1.2.10. Workpiece measurement
工件测量
For the registration of the workpiece measures resp. of the zero
point shifting, the switching, multi-directional measuring probe with
telemetric signal transfer of Messrs. RENISHAW MP16 is used.
为了使工件测量系统相对于零点漂移得到对正,采用了带有开关系统和遥感信号转换的雷尼绍 MP16多向测量探头。
Visual contact between transmitting and receiving module is not
necessary.
发射模块和接收模块之间不必是可视范围。
The frequency band permitting the data transmission under your
conditions has to be agreed upon at a later date. The measuring probe is to be
integrated into the tool management of the control under a free T-number in the
magazine. A
D-correction number is allocated to this probe as for every other tool.
用户条件所允许的数据传输频带,需要在随后的时间给予确认。测头被集成到刀具管理系统中并带自由刀具序列号。同其他的每个刀具一样,此测头也可得到一个D-修正号。
The measuring results ascertained can be registered via printer which is

1.2.12 Teleservice 通讯服务
By means of teleservice the machine CNC can communicate
by using of different
hard- and software- components via a modem or ISDN-card with a second PC
(laptop) at the machine manufacturer‘s works.
采用通讯服务的方式,设备上的数控系统就可以利用不同的硬件/软件并通过调制解调器或另一台笔记本电脑的ISDN 模块,同制造厂家工厂联络。
That means that on both the CNC-monitors the same
picture appears. Therefore the service-stuff of SCHIESS AG can handle the

2.1. Basic
configuration
基本构造
The offered machine is a floor plate configuration on which the column
travels along to the clamping plates in X-direction.
本方案所报设备为落地式结构,立柱沿工作台方向作X轴运动。
The headstock slide can be moved vertically along the column in
Y-direction.
主轴箱滑板可沿立柱作垂直方向的Y轴运动。
The ram can be moved rectangular to the floor plates in Z -direction.
滑枕可垂直于工作台作Z轴方向运动。
The boring and milling heads as described can be changed by pick-up and
can be swivelled around the ram as C-axis.
上述镗铣头可以被抓取更换,并可以绕滑枕旋转,即C 轴。
The ram is designed in a round type design, housing the master spindle
drive with a three stage gear box as well as a standard integrated rotary
C-axis arrangement.
滑枕结构为圆形设计,它包围着三级齿轮箱的主轴驱动系统和标准的集成型C 轴旋转机构。
2.2. Machine
bed

The machine bed is executed in a low height and torsion-stiff
welding design. The guideways for the column are located directly above the
large dimensioned vertical bars, so that all forces are transmitted directly into the foundation in a
straight and short distance.
床身为低高度抗扭矩的焊接结构。立柱的导轨直接安置在大截面的垂直梁上,因此,所有的受力均直接传递到距离很近的地基上。
The fixator spacing is selected, so that the taper of the load force
vectors overlaps, thus providing an optimal load distribution with extremely
low deflection.
地基紧固件的间距是合理选定的,因此,载荷的(方向)斜度向量交叉,从而使载荷分布最佳,偏斜量极低。
Racks and measuring
system for the X-axis are bolted to the bed and complete protected by
telescopic steel covers.
X轴的齿条和测量系统均螺紧到床身上并完全由钢制折叠盖板保护。
2.3. Column
slide
立柱滑座
Hydrostatic guiding shoes are bolted underneath side of the largely
dimensioned column slide in cast iron design. The machine column is exactly
adapted on the top side over the guiding shoes, so that there are no bending
forces on the slide. The slide is additionally used as a low profile oil reservoir
for the X-axis hydrostatics.
静压导轨的滑块被螺紧到大尺寸铸铁结构的立柱下表面。机床立柱很合适地安置在导轨滑块之上,因此,滑动过程中没有任何扭曲受力。滑块还同时用来作为X轴静压系统的低位截面的储油腔。
2.4. Machine

The machine column in bending and torsion-resistant cast iron design is
bolted and doweled to the column saddle.
设备的铸铁材质立柱为抗弯抗扭结构设计,并用螺栓/销钉紧固在立柱滑座上。
Racks and measuring
system for X-saddle movement are mounted in the bed and they are protected by telescopic steel covers.
用于X轴方向(沿立柱上下方向)移动的齿条和测量系统,被安置在床身上,并由钢质折叠盖板保护。
2.5. Headstock
slide

The headstock slide, made from cast iron, is vertically guided along
column by hydrostatic guiding shoes.
铸铁材质的主轴箱滑座,由静压导向块沿立柱垂直方向导向。
The headstock is vertically moved (Y-axis) via two ball screw and double
nut.
主轴箱通过两个滚珠丝杠和双螺母作垂直方向运动(即Y轴)。
The feed gear for ram sliding is integrated within the headstock
housing.
滑枕伸出的进给齿轮被集成到主轴箱体内部。
The ram is guided hydrostatically within the headstock, too.
滑枕也是通过主轴箱内部进行静压导向。
2.6. Ram 滑枕
The round ram is manufactured from forged steel and ionised
hardened and ground at the outside.
圆形滑枕由锻钢制造,外表面经离子硬化和精磨。
The hydrostatically guide C-axis sleeve is located at the front of the
ram. The different attachments can be adapted and clamped to it. The C-axis can
be used in positioning - as well as in continuous mode. The drives for
the C-axis and main spindle are located in the ram.
C轴的静压导向套设置于滑枕的前部。不同的附件镗铣头都能适用并卡紧到此导向套上。C轴可以用来定位、也可用于插补模式。C轴和主轴的驱动系统均安置于滑枕上。
Compact reduction gears for C-axis and spindle drives are mounted
between the drive motors and C-axis sleeve.
C轴和主轴紧凑的减速齿轮箱均安置在驱动电机和C轴导向套之间。
The torque applying to the ram is taken by two linear guides located
opposite to each other (180°) at the gear half of ram outside diameter.
滑枕的扭力由两个线性导轨提供,这两个线性导轨在滑枕外径带齿轮的半段上互呈180度相对安置。
Also at max. Z-traverse, both guides stay within the ram housing, so the
front sealing of the round ram is not interrupted.
同时在Z轴最大行程时,两个导轨均处于滑枕箱内,因此,圆滑枕的前端的密封不会被阻断。
2.7. Spindle
drive 主轴驱动
The attachments are coupled automatically to the drive
spindle inside of the ram. The
spindle is driven by Kessler spindle motor. The motor is externally cooled. The
spindle is driven via drive shaft and planetary gearbox in 3-stage design.
附件镗铣头自动地与滑枕内的主轴啮合。主轴则由Kessler主轴电机驱动。电机有外冷却。主轴通过驱动轴和3级行星齿轮箱来驱动。
The C-axis drive is arranged in equal manner by a
centrally located externally cooled motor. It positions through a shaft and a reduction gear. It can be also used as continuously
controlled axis.
C轴也同样由中心布置的外冷却式电机来驱动。它通过驱动轴和减速齿轮定位。它同样可以被用作连续插补的数控轴。
The cooled drive motors for C-axis and spindle are
service friendly assembled as a compact parcel into the rear bore of the ram.
C轴和主轴的冷却驱动电机被紧凑地安装于滑枕内腔末端,且拆装方便。
The gear box and the C-axis are mounted and bolted
from the front into the ram.
齿轮箱和C轴安装并螺紧到滑枕前端。
2.8. Feed
drives 进给驱动
Preloaded double pinion gears will be used as feed drives for X – axis.
The Y- and Z-axis are driven by ball screws and preloaded nuts. All used parts
like gears, shafts, bearings etc. are identical as far as possible for all gear
boxes.
预加载双齿轮用于 X轴的进给驱动。Y轴和Z轴采用滚珠丝杠和预加载螺母方式驱动。所有齿轮箱采用的零件,如大齿轮、轴、轴承等,均完全相同。
All bearings and gears boxes are continuously lubricated. The oil
circuit is connected to a coolant system. The feed of the C-axis works with an
inbuilt motor and gear box.
所有轴承和齿轮箱均连续润滑。循环油路与冷却系统相连接。C轴的进给配有内置式电机和齿轮箱。
2.9. Guiding
system
导轨系统
All guiding systems (excepting the C-axis) are hydrostatic, that means
backlash free preloaded and absolutely free of wear.
所有导轨系统(C轴除外)均为静压的,这意味着没有预加载间隙且绝对没有磨损。
On these guiding rails hydrostatic guiding slides are placed, which are
bolted with the machine units - column slide headstock slide.
经精密磨削的每段导轨精确排列并螺紧在相应的机架上。在这些导轨上,安置了全封闭的静压滑块,它们被螺紧到机器的部件上 ----- 比如立柱滑座、主轴箱滑座等。
The number and location of these hydrostatic guiding slides are oriented
on the actual load distribution.
The oil reservoirs for hydrostatic and feed gears are located in the slides, so
no oil has to flows back via machine parts into a central power pack and had to
supplied via cable chains to the consuming points. A separate oil cooler is located for each saddle. It is
controlled by the ambient temperatures and the pocket pressure.
这些静压导向块的数量和位置决定于实际的载荷分布。滑块上设有静压油孔和进给齿轮,所以不会有静压油通过机器零件流进集中动力单元中,而是通过链条上的油管把静压油供应到需要的位置上。在每个滑板上有一个独立的油冷器,它由环境温度和油腔压力来控制。
The movement of ram (Z-axis) is also hydrostatically guided. The
hydrostatic bearings are located at the front and rear end of the headstock
slide as well as in the middle section, to minimize bending and for anti-vibration
effects.
滑枕的移动(Z轴)也是静压导向。静压轴承安置于主轴箱滑座的前部、后部和中间部位,以使弯曲力最小并起抗震作用。
2.10. Boring
and milling heads
镗铣头
The basic principle of the machine is based on the master-head version of the
ram. That means adequate drilling or milling units are used for the different
machining operations.
设备的基本原理是基于滑枕的Master-接头(万用连接头)原理。这意味着可以采用各种钻头或铣头单元来达到不同的加工目的。
External and internal coolant supply as well as automatic tool clamping
are provided for all attachments.
所有的附件镗铣头均配备了内、外冷却液供给系统以及刀具自动卡紧系统。
Depending of the selected attachment the spindle speed is increased by
proportional reduced torque or contrary.
根据不同的镗铣头,主轴速度将随着扭矩的减小而成比例地提高,或者主轴速度将随着扭矩的增大而成比例地降低。
The advantage of this solution is the adapting possibility of the
spindle bearing to the required technological demand, e.g. separate drilling or
milling spindle bearings. Furthermore only that bearing system is in use, which
is needed for the concerning technology.
这种工艺方案的好处在于,能使主轴轴承适应于各种加工工艺目的,例如,单独的钻或铣削主轴轴承。而且,仅有这种轴承系统在使用中,相关的加工工艺均需要它。

2.11. Compensation
systems
补偿系统
Several compensation systems are provided in the machine for optimizing
of the axes performance and improving the geometrical accuracy:
本设备配备了若干套补偿系统,以提高各轴性能并改进几何精度。
- Due to the own weight the ram deflects
during extension. This deflection is
increased
by different weight of the attachments.
Therefore
there is a compensation system at the headstock.
因自身重量问题,滑枕伸出时会有偏斜。不同重量的附件铣头还会加大这个偏斜量。因此,在主轴箱中有一个补偿系统。
Depending of the used attachment and the Z-travel, the deflection is
compensated by swivelling the headstock. With this
compensation, the angular
accuracy of the attachment mounting
face to the Y-axis is kept within tolerances.
For this, a gantry axis design in Y,
with 2 identical drive systems and 2 scales, is
utilized.
根据所采用的附件头和Z轴行程情况,采用转动主轴箱的方法来补偿滑枕的偏斜量。有了这个补偿,附件头安装面相对于Y轴的角度精度将可以保持在规定公差
范围之内。为此,Y轴的方向上采用了带有两个同样的驱动系统和光栅尺的龙门
轴设计形式。

During ram extension, the spindle center will
thus always be kept on the
programmed level by an electronic
compensation system. The Y-axis is corrected
for ram droop, depending on the
Z-axis position and heads clamped.
因此,在滑枕伸出时,电子补偿系统总是将主轴中心保持在程序设定的水平上。
根据Z轴的具体位置及其卡紧的镗头,Y轴矫正了滑枕的下垂。

Operating platform
操作平台
The operating platform is located in front of the headstock and can be elevated independent of it. The whole operating tableau is swivelably mounted on the platform. There are walls with safety glass at the machining side.
操作平台安置于主轴箱的前面,并能独立于主轴箱进行升降。整个操作柜安置在这个平台之上并可转动。机器的侧面有安全玻璃墙。
2.13. Electrical equipment
电气设备
The electrical equipment includes the
switch cabinets, with all necessary components which are needed for described
functions, as well as the complete installation at the machine itself and the
connecting wires between switch cabinets and machine. For CNC-control system
Sinumerik 840 D is used.
电气设备包括装有满足上述功能所需的所有元器件的开关柜、以及开关柜在机器上的安置和开关柜 / 机器之间的连线等。数控系统采用的是西门子840D。
The CNC-control is equipment with all necessary
options. Additional NC-function exceeding the described scope of function must be
discussed especially.

There is built an operating hour counter in the
switch cabinet.

Acceptance
of the machine 设备验收 |
4.1. Pre-acceptance
预验收
The pre-acceptance test takes place in the
assembling shop of the SCHIESS AG, about 4 weeks before the contractual
delivery time.
在合同规定的发货时间前约四星期,SCHIESS将邀请用户人员前往德国工厂组装车间对机床进行预验收。
The SCHIESS AG informs the customer in time
about the date of pre-acceptance in order to grant his participation. The pre-acceptance test
includes following parts:
希斯公司将及时把预验收的时间通知用户,以便用户按时参与。预验收检测将包括如下内容:

completeness of scope of supply

4.2. Final acceptance
最终验收
The final acceptance test takes places in
customers workshop immediately after installation and commissioning. The scope
of final acceptance will be the same as described under 4.1, how ever without
restrictions regarding power test (rough milling)
最终验收在安装调试工作完成后立即在用户工厂进行。最终验收内容与4.1条款描述的
内容相同,但不再对强力切削试验(粗铣)作限制。
After successful acceptance tests, both sides
sign an acceptance test protocol and the time of warranty starts.
验收测试完成之后,双方签署最终验收协议并以此作为质保期的开始。

Training
of buyer’s staff 用户人员培训 |
The machine price includes following training for 4 people for three weeks in plant of the SCHIESS AG:

The number of participants can be determined by
the customer, however travel, boarding and lodging costs have to be borne by the customer.

Installation
and commissioning 设备安装和调试 |
According to the assembling conditions of the
SCHIESS AG the specialists will be sent for about 80 days for installation and
commissioning against charging.
根据希斯公司的装配情况,希斯公司的工程师将被派往用户现场进行大约70天的安装调试工作。
In order to guarantee a continuously run of
installation the fixators and anchor bolts (not included in the scope of
delivery) have to be set and grouted in advance.
为了保证安装工作的连续进行,地脚螺栓等连接件(不在供货范围内)必须提前安置和灌筑进地基。
Afterwards the foundation ground should be
covered by a waterproofed paint.
随后地基需要涂刷防水油漆。
If the installation time is delayed due to
reasons not caused by the manufacturer so these costs will be charged
separately.
如果由于供应商之外的原因造成安装工作延误,则产生的额外费用需要另行收取。
Foundation covers
and chip chutes which do nor form an integrated part of the machine must be
provided by the end user.
地基盖板和排屑槽这些不直接属于机器的部件由用户自己提供。
8.5.
Warranty
质量保证
The time of warranty is 12 months from the date
of handing over/taking over, however maximal 15 months from the date of
delivery if commissioning is delayed due to reasons beyond the seller’s
control.
设备的质保期为最终验收后12个月,但如果由于希斯公司之外的原因使调试工作延误,则质保期不超过交货后15个月。
This warranty excludes damages by corrosion,
outside influences or improper operation.
保修不包括因侵蚀、外部影响和不当操作造成的损坏。
